A prestigious international certificate

The Advanced Certificate in Organizational Development Consulting (ACODC) is an international certification program for consultants conducted jointly by Advisio Consulting Methodologies, UCLA Extension (Los Angeles, USA), and Tavistock Consultancy Service (London, UK). The program is aimed exclusively at those who completed the First Certificate in Organizational Development Consulting (FCODC) program.

The ACODC is a wealthy set of knowledge, skills, and practical tools that allow consultants to run the most essential human potential optimization processes in organizations. The 9-day program includes:

• 3 days focused on advanced methods and techniques of systemic developmental interventions in organizations and application of Advisio online tools in this context, led by Simon Western, PhD. of the Tavistock Consultancy Service,
• 2 days concentrating on the development of participants’ political astuteness necessary for an effective navigation of un-official and official organizational politics, lead by Denise Wolfe, PhD. of the UCLA Extension,
• 2 days during which the participants will learn how to sell their own consulting services and to obtain competetive superiority on the consulting and training market, lead by Laura Hyde of the UCLA Extension,
• and 2 days dedicated to honing the ability to forge successful business relations, networking, and influence necessary to conduct consulting business in a contemporary network economy, lead by Vu Pham, PhD. of the UCLA Extension.

Only those who completed the First Certificate in Organizational Development Consulting (FCODC) are eligible to participate in the ACODC program.
