The founder of Advisio and the author of the prototypes of most of the methodologies developed by the company. He developed the concept of electronic online tools which serve to diagnose, monitor, and forecast employee competence levels in large organizations. This concept soon grew into the entire set of Advisio’s electronic tools, the joint goal of which is to improve the effectiveness of human potential management in organizations. 

He is fascinated by changes in the development of organizations and the possibilities of intervening in this development. He searches for deep beauty in processes and technology understood - after David Gelernter - as the combination of simplicity with effectiveness.

Previously he was a longstanding professional pianist playing in New York’s Carnegie Hall and other venues, and the developer of innovative undertakings implemented where art, business, and modern technologies meet. He gained experience in research and consulting work, co-forming the legendary Brussels Starlab, the precursor of modern technology transfer institutes.

He collaborates with research centers and consulting companies in Europe and America.
