The secondment of a consultant to take part in Advisio’s programs by a consultancy-training firm is synonymous with the term business2business, bringing about a truly synergic partnership. It trains the seconded consultants, gives them access to state-of-the-art internet tools, and provides marketing support.

New generation of online consulting tools

ACODC program participants have all completed from the First Certificate in Organizational Development Consulting (FCODC), and thus have gained access to Advisio online tools that allow them to run most of the Organizational Development processes in an intuitive and flexible IT environment:

• the Synergia tool allows them to facilitate strategic dialogue in organizations, and enhance MBO processes,
• the Task Navigator tool allows them to create and update task description for each employee, and run task performance evaluations,
• the Competence Navigator tool allows them to increase the competence adaptability and flexibility of organizations,
• the Star Tracks tool allows them to spot talents throughout an organization and base "talent management" programs on that search,
• the Talent Hunter tool allows them to perform systemically oriented recruitment processes, and
• the Delight Index tool allows them to diagnose the organisational climate.

Complimentary starter license package

Consultants access Advisio tools on the basis of micropayment licenses, allowing for the tools to be used in consulting and training projects run for their end clients. People who complete the First Certificate in Organizational Development Consulting (FCODC) program have already received complimentary (educational) starter packages of licenses for each of the Advisio tools.

Upon completion of the ACODC program they receive an additional complimentary (educational) starter license package for one tool of their choice (Synergia - 25 licenses, Task Navigator - 12 licenses, Competence Navigator - 12 licenses, Star Tracks - 25 licenses, Talent Hunter - 12 licenses, or Delight Index - 50 licenses).

The complimentary (educational) starter license package that is bundled with the ACODC program includes an additional 60 minutes of telephone technical support for each certified consultant, as well as free access to Advisio online platform which includes a CRM tool for a consulting business.
