Based on organizational development processes which you can implement using Advisio tools you have already learned about: Synergia, Task Navigator, Competence Navigator, Star Tracks, Talent Hunter, and Delight Index, during this two-day training you will gain a better understanding of the effect these types of processes have on organizations.

The processes which have already enriched your offer will be put into the wider context of contemporary organizational development. You will see how you can merge them into larger processes and how broader, organization-wide change dynamics affect the projects which you conduct.

During these two days, you will exercise systemic thinking abilities that are essential for an understanding of contemporary organizations and for successful completion of every consulting intervention.

Dr. Simon Western will show you how to integrate all of the knowledge you have obtained up to this point into the easy to remember and apply THINK consulting formula. Using it in the planning of all projects allows consultants to become real agents of change.
