The last day of the ACODC certification program will be unique. The participants of the ACODC program will meet in one room with managers from organizations using such services.
Dr. Simon Western will help both groups to understand each other better and discover the dynamics that regulate their mutual relations. The group of consultants will look at themselves through the eyes of managers. They will also become involved in work on real organizational challenges that managers have to deal with.
On this last day you will have the opportunity to try out in practice all consulting competences developed during both the FCODC and the ACODC programs, including the ability to make good first impressions on potential future clients!
Afterwards there will be a moment for final goodbyes, the awarding of certificates, embraces. Finally, there will come the time to go out into the world as an Organizational Development Consultant. May changes for the better take place in organizations thanks to you!
