dr Joanna Heidtman

Trainer, personal and professional development coach, and management consultant. A psychologist and sociologist. Doctor of humanities. She obtained her knowledge and experience from the University of South Carolina and Cornell University in the United States, and others. She conducts research regarding conflicts and group dynamics in the Group Processes Laboratory at the Institute of Sociology of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities.

For many years, she has been implementing consulting projects for regular clients: programs for extensive analysis of organizational culture, leadership development, management abilities and competences. Also, as a coach, she works with high-level managers and people working individually on their own development.

She is the head of the Program Board of the training unit of the Jagiellonian University, the “Jagiellonian University Extension”, and is a certified lecturer of Harvard Business Review Poland.

The training she conducts is composed of creativity training, management training, and sessions on negotiation, communication, and group work techniques. She has an NLP Practitioner and an “Action Learning” team consultant certificate. She is currently striving for degree accreditation at the ICF (International Coach Federation). Her last book is dedicated to personal effectiveness and is titled “In agreement with oneself, in agreement with others”.
