This one-day training session is an introduction to the methodology of consulting work based on Advisio online tools. Luc Vervoort and Witold Reichhart will show you how the intuitive "lite" online technology can support your consulting interventions in organizations.
By the end of this training you will have a clear picture of developmental processes that allow for the optimization of human potential and increase the adaptability of organizations. You will know how you can add it to your offer and how to expand the scope of your training and consulting services by including projects based on user-friendly, time-saving online tools. You will also enrich your consulting repertoire by adding the Advisio Competence Model, which will support you in the implementation of development projects that help to increase the adaptability and creativity of your clients and the resourcefulness and independence of their employees.
During this one-day training you will gain access to the Advisio online platform on which all the tools are located. You will quickly learn how to use the CRM system embedded in the platform. This will allow you to manage client relationships, gather data and reports regarding each development project, and communicate with other Organizational Development consultants and managers involved in your projects.
