ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS: MISSION, GOALS, STRATEGY; HOW TO FACILITATE A MEANINGFUL STRATEGIC DIALOGUE

During this one-day training you will learn to implement management using objective processes and moderate strategic dialogue using the online Synergia tool, which will lead you through the process step by step.

If you plan to conduct projects for your clients aimed at developing or modifying the strategy of the company (organizational unit, school, administrative body, etc.) then during this training you will obtain a practical tool allowing you to lead a client through the process of defining goals, and also conducting internal strategic dialogue and/or external social consultations regarding the importance and meaning of goals that are the basis for the draft of the new strategy.

By sending online questionnaires to key people in this dialogue, you will gather information on which goals mutually support each other, which goals involve people the most, and which goals are the most problematic and require reconsideration.

Of course, this process cannot be conducted solely over the Internet. Basing it on a series of workshops which you will conduct for your clients during the implementation process is indispensable. During this one-day training you will obtain tips on how to properly plan, compose, and conduct such workshops.

When leaving the training you will receive a complimentary educational starter package, which will enable you to conduct your first implementations using the Synergia tool. As part of this package, you will be able to invite as many as 100 respondents to participate in strategic dialogue and consultations (within an unlimited number of projects)..
