AGILE COMPETENCES: MANAGING COMPETENCES OF THE FUTURE

Most companies have already developed their own competence models, but not all of them are aware that by deciding which competences would make up this model, they have made one of the most important strategic decisions in the area of human resources management: they have decided the directions of the competence development of their organization. This is a process characterized by huge inertia, and it is bootstrapped. It can be like a big ship, you need a lot of time to adapt speed and direction to current requirements.

At the one-day training you will learn how to create, verify, and modify various competence models based on workshops conducted with key people in the organization. You will also learn how to conduct employee competence diagnoses using the 360 degree method in an easy, quick, and cost-effective manner.

Shortly after the training you will be able to use the 360 degree tool, Competence Navigator, to diagnose development needs, agree upon contracts in coaching processes, and to evaluate training projects. With its help you will be able to implement competence evaluation processes based on your clients’ models or on the Advisio model, which concentrates on the competences of managers of the future: self-direction, adaptability, innovativeness, and entrepreneurship.

You will also receive a complimentary educational starter package thanks to which you will be able to perform a competence 360 degree diagnosis of 50 employees of your client.
