Module 3, training 1

TALENT MANAGEMENT: HOW TO IDENTIFY STARS THAT SHINE THROUGH NETWORKS

Duration:
8 training hours (45 min)
Language:
Polish (with an English translator)

The identification of talent is a serious and responsible task. The type of “pearls” we find depends entirely on the criteria we use to identify them. Here, the issue of the strategic importance of a company competence model that a company uses arises again. If the model consists of competences which are indeed the most relevant to the success of a company, it can be used to search for new talents.

During this one-day training your tool base will be expanded by a fascinating new tool thanks to which you will be able to efficiently lead your clients through the first stage of identification of talent, and next through the periodic monitoring of their development. The tool, Star Tracks, makes use of a social network analysis technique while discovering talent that is characterized by desirable key competences.

When leaving this training, you will be able to use a complimentary educational starter package, enabling you to select 10-500 talents from among 1,000 employees of an unlimited number of organizations.
