Witold Reichhart

President

The founder of Advisio and the author of the prototypes of most of the methodologies developed by the company. He developed the concept of electronic online tools which serve to diagnose, monitor, and forecast employee competence levels in large organizations. This concept soon grew into the entire set of Advisio’s electronic tools, the joint goal of which is to improve the effectiveness of human potential management in organiations.

He is fascinated by changes in the development of organizations and the possibilities of intervening in this development. He searches for the deep beauty in processes and technology understood - after David Gelernter - as the combination of simplicity with effectiveness.

Previously he was a longstanding professional pianist playing in New York’s Carnegie Hall and other venues, and the developer of innovative undertakings implemented where art, business, and modern technologies meet. He gained experience in research and consulting work co-forming the legendary Brussels Starlab, the precursor of modern technology transfer institutes.

He collaborates with research centers and consulting companies in Europe and America.

Marta Lenartowicz

General Director

Her research involves development of consulting methods and tools which serve to support changes in the area of organizational culture in large organizations. She is the author of numerous publications, including a book on communications theory titled “The Concept of Wittgenstein’s Language Games in Light of Modern Linguistics Research”.

Her strongest skill is the creation of unique organizations, and she has hands-on experience in management, both in the public and private sectors. She has named her private company "Business Architect", yet now she says that bringing organizations to life reminds her not so much of architecture but of sculpture: the idea is to bring to the surface the shape that you sense somewhere underneath. Marta was the originator and founder of the Jagiellonian University Extension, which she headed for four years. Currently, she is the Managing Director of Advisio and the President of the Management Board of the issuer of an international internet portal.

She has a trainer's certificate from the Canadian Erickson College International, is a graduate of the Coaching School “The Art and Science of Coaching”, the Trainers School of the Jagiellonian University Extension, and has completed a course in systems therapy.
