Since 1 September 2009 Advisio sp. z o.o. along with Prorozvoyovo s.c. (Project Leader) and the Psychologiczna Akademia Umiejętności Dialog Plus have been implementing the project “ROZVIYAK. Szkoła Trenerów Organizacji” co-financed by the Human Capital Operational Programme, measure 2.2.2. “Enhancement of the qualifications of training personnel”.

The role of Advisio in the project is conducting 48 experienced organisational coaches through the Competence Navigator methodology certification process. Participants of the project will learn, among others, how to diagnose training needs and conduct evaluations of developmental processes based on the competence approach. Each of them will receive an educational start packet of licenses for the Competence Navigator tool and a packet of substantive and technical reference materials. The implementation of the project will take until 31 August 2010.
